From the 14th to the 16th of December, the Academic Association of the University of Minho (AAUMinho) organized the 1st Concentrated Day (CD) of Women’s Volleyball. The Sports Pavilion of Gualtar hosted eight teams, including the Minho team.
The hosts won every game they played by 2-0. On the first day, AAUMinho faced and won the Academic Association of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro and the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, respectively.
On the 15th, the formation of the University of Minho played against the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, while, on the last day of competition, it repeated the feat against the Academic Association of the University of Beira Interior.
With these four and identical victories, AAUMinho is provisionally in the first place of the leaderboard. From March 14th to 16th, the group will return to the competition with the 2nd CD, in Algarve.
